Services

Yes. Pressure washing can heavily damage your siding if done improperly. We only recommend a soft wash that uses gentle pressure with our specific cleaning solutions that will guarantee a pristine clean without blasting away the paint. Our tailored cleaning solution cleans and sanitizes your surface.

Soft Washing uses low-pressure (garden hose pressure) combined with professional biodegradable cleaning solutions that will clean and sanitize your home safely and gently, without the harsh use of pressure. Blue Mountain Exteriors exclusive soft washing method removes and kills the algae, mold, and dirt gently cleaning and sanitizing, without using high pressure that damages the siding on your home.

Absolutely! Blue Mountain Exteriors is committed to safety and sustainability. Our eco-friendly cleaning agents are water-based and 100% biodegradable, safeguarding your family, furry friends, and The Great Outdoors.

No! Blue Mountain Exteriors’ cleaning methods are endorsed by leading roof manufacturers and are the preferred way to maintain your roof properly. Many homeowners’ insurance policies specify roof cleaning as required maintenance. Gleocapsa Magma (blue-green algae) is responsible for those unsightly black streaks and are slowly feeding on your roof’s shingles. Our treatment destroys the algae and protects against future growth, keeping your roof clear for up to five times longer than traditional cleaning techniques. Regular roof cleaning every 3-5 years extends life to your roof.

Your presence at home isn’t required, but many of our clients prefer to be present when we begin to ensure our work aligns perfectly with what you’re expecting. As a company one of our top goals is to deliver a service that doesn’t just “satisfy” you…it “exceeds your expectations”, a mutual understanding from the start helps us achieve this.
